Favorite NEW Supplies

I've recently purchased a couple of the preimium sketchbox's (from Sketchbox) with some pretty cool supplies and I want to share them with you! I love all of the art supply subscription boxes but I will say that Sketchbook, especially the premium, gives you really fantastic supplies for the money you spend. In this box I received:

I'm only showing the Akashiya Sai brush pens in this post - but they are my favorite supply in the box! They are versatile and make creating different textures really fun and easy. They do come in lots of colors and you can order them on Amazon HERE or directly from Akashiya Sai HERE (This post is not affiliated with any business mentioned in this post).

These markers/pens are so delicate making them great to render fine details on your illustration. They have plenty of ink and the ink flows consistently and is very saturated color. They don't work as great on thicker paper such as mixed media paper or watercolor paper but do great with drawing or marker paper.

The pine green Akashiya Sai ThinLINE pen is even thinner than the pink and red watercolor brush pens. This pen comes in a few different colors but not as many as the watercolor brush pens. This one is really delicate as well and works best for fine details on a small area. You can shop them HERE (this post is not affiliated)

Both of these pens are water-based and can be used with water to make more values. This makes these pens even more versatile and creating lots of different textures and values makes them really fun to use! Sketchbox has a great YouTube channel where this method is demonstrated - Check it out HERE.
